    What is the best form of black cumin to use? I do have some black cumin essential oil from a reputable company. I mostly just use it on the bottoms of my feet. Would it be better to consume it orally? I take it that Healthy Traditions' oil is not essential oil but another form. Am I correct?

    Black cumin seed oil is an edible oil (like olive oil) and not an "essential" oil.
