• The Ease with which Government Kidnaps Children - A Review of Current Legislation and the Multi-Billion Dollar Child "Protection" Industry

Attorney Connie Reguli writes: It is hard to imagine in a sophisticated first-world country like the United States that the government officials could walk into your child’s public school, have them removed from their classroom, interviewed by government officials in private (without your knowledge), remove your child from the school, and place them in the home of a stranger all without your knowledge. The reason you ask, maybe you don’t feed your child enough, maybe they missed a few days from school, maybe someone just lied and said you were a drug dealer, and your child could not answer the right questions to exonerate you. It is hard to imagine in a sophisticated first-world country that a new born baby could be stripped from his mother’s arms in a hospital because the Mother had one positive test for opiates during pregnancy, even though there was no showing of drugs in the Mother or the child at birth and there is no other evidence of child abuse or neglect. It is hard to imagine in a sophisticated first-world country that a child could be locked in a hospital with a rare and untreated disease and separated from her entire family simply because her parents wanted to take her for a second medical opinion. • The Ease with which Government Kidnaps Children - A Review of Current Legislation and the Multi-Billion Dollar Child "Protection" Industry

When are kids were still in public school we were trying to get services for our one child. The school special ed director was so vindictive and tried to crush anyone the dared go against his opinion. We had the support of a big hospital and lucky for us they were on our side. The director lied and said he had permission to talk to my daughter's doctor and he tried to get them to switch a diagnosis to abuse! The hospital said that it wasn't at all like that and they (unwittingly against our wishes) sent them a copy of my daughters medical records to prove otherwise. The hospital let us know right away what had happened and what we were up against. We did turn this in to our state dept of ed but it was determined to b the hospitals fault and nothing was done about that director.

That didn't stop there! The school district then started pulling our other kids out of class. My daughter still has memories of being asked to draw what was most scariest to her. She drew and said water so they would punish her and send her to the principal's office. They would keep her in from recess asking her to say that daddy hurt her, touch her, etc. Eventually, we found out when she came home upset as a new lady came to the school and pulled her out of class to read her stories and ask her the same questions over and over. They asked questions like does dad sleep with you, etc. She wasn't upset about that, but the fact that they kept taking away her recess again! She said she wasn't allowed to go to recess unless she told the 'truth.'

We were very blessed and God watched over us through such corruption.
