• Alabama Newborn Baby Kidnapped at Hospital with No Warrant, No Court Order, No Emergency Circumstances

It should have been one of the happiest times in the young couple's life. It started out that way. Two weeks ago, on Monday, February 26, 2018, Chelsea Thomas, 18, gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby boy in Birmingham, Alabama. Their first-born son was everything that she and her 19 year old fiance' Brian Stokes had hoped for. They immediately fell in love with their "sweet prince" who has daddy's nose and mommy's lips. Baby Kason was their whole world. Then, their world was shattered. At 3 pm the very next day, Chelsea had just breastfed her baby and he was asleep in her arms. A nurse came into the room and said she needed to take Baby Kason to the nursery "for an assessment." He never came back. Less than an hour after the nurse took their baby out of the room, Chelsea received a phone call from a lady with the Steps Ahead prenatal program telling her that she was required to notify the Department of Human Resources (DHR - Alabama's Child Protective Services) when the baby was born. She told them that DHR had taken custody of Baby Kason. He was in lockdown in the hospital nursery and the parents were not permitted to go near the nursery. There was no reason given. There was no warrant. No court order. No emergency circumstance. Nothing. Their baby had only been with them for little more than 24 hours. It turns out that, even though Chelsea is 18, Jefferson County DHR still legally has custody over her, because she is a former foster child. As such, it appears that they get to call the shots - up to and including taking her baby away from her.

Stay with me on this. Herein lies the direct path to reunion of Father, Mother and Son.

The STATE OF ALABAMA, a federal franchise of the UNITED STATES, is not the actual Alabama. THE STATE OF ALABAMA has acted completely outside its' constitutional authority, and very likely, at the behest of the UNITED STATES, which is also acting outside their own territorial jurisdiction.

And yes, the same UNITED STATES that is, by their own US Constitution, restricted from all jurisdiction outside of Washington DC or land they may have constitutionally purchased, or land ceded to them by the one 50 original states of the union, in this case Alabama. They cannot lawfully operate anywhere else!

This is in direct violation of Article 1, sec. 8, par. 17, their own U.S. Constitution written laws, designed to keep them in their pen. But since most people do not study what is vital to the health (a trustworthy system of just laws) of our nation, the UNITED STATES pillaging of Americans', through property theft, kidnapping crimes, all for profit activity to them, goes on unabated.

The thing about laws is they are not laws if not Congressionally recorded in the United States Code. But the UNITED STATES goes about as a roaring lion exercising territorial jurisdiction on American private, without restraint, land over which jurisdiction it has none. This affects millions of Americans without challenge daily through the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT system as private lives are shattered by the force of unwanted advances by those completely acting under color of law as in the case of Chelsea.

1 Peter 5:8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the ...

Be sober, be watchful: your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour, Douay-Rheims Bible. Be sober and watch: because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, goeth about seeking whom he may devour.

They have no territorial jurisdiction in support of their deceptively franchising themselves out to get money, money, money from the helpless like Chelsea. It is a damn shame what they get by with.

The so called Alabama law used as the basis to steal the baby is no law. It is a legislative statute created by the STATE OF ALABAMA legislature under orders from the Washington, DC UNITED STATES. These people are good at very little but the type of crimes they commit on a daily basis against young mothers, and hosts of others who happen to find themselves to have ended up in one of the thousands of UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS, intentional snares carefully placed, unconstitutionally I might add, throughout the landscape of our nation. They are truly superb at stooping as low as crawling on their bellies all crime moneys.

It's the only way they can support these socialist programs they promote all across our nation. Go after the weak and bleed the public trust dry, all the while screwing up the lives of their trusting victims. And make no mistake! We are all their victims in one way or another. But that may be for another time.

American Common Law Administrative Process is Chelseas' only solution. There is not an attorney in the world who can do any thing but support the existing UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT franchise of law and not face disbarment. Sad is it not? The premise of the existence and implementation of all USDC's across our nation is for one reason only! To make money off the misfortunes of others, cash cow opportunities most often created by an agent of the court looking to get by illegally with what they can.

The only system of law having the teeth necessary to reverse the actions of the UNITED STATES, it's US franchised STATE OF ALABAMA, DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESORCES and hold them 100% personally liable is the American Common Law Administrative Process.

They should be looking for a Common Law lawyer, not an attorney, to move against the UNITED STATES in this situation.

It is truly heart sickening to hear of these atrocities committed against the free inhabitants of America. The lion called the UNITED STATES must be caged up and shipped elsewhere if we are to see this nation rise to its magnificent !

P.S. I know this may be a new concept to many of you but all you have to do is study history and Law of the United States of America to find what I am writing to be 100% truth.

I am so sorry they have been treated this way. Why can't the father have his rights? Has he been proven unfit? Is there a court order stating Chelsea can't live with anyone that has children? Why can't the child be under the authority of the grandparents? They qualified as a foster home. Since when can a lowly social worker named Ericka Lawery have so much control, pre-plan for a foster home before birth? Did a court of law prove her unfit? Where is her right to have time to seek legal advice, before? She didn't know. I find it hard to believe Chelsea was going to cut herself up, be in pain just to end a pregnancy. She could have had an abortion before and she didn't. When was the last time Chelsea was evaluated after coming off meds? Was she tested for drugs? The hospital should have this record. Then, the judge! Why did he put this off? What would happen if the judge was in this position? The bonding time is very crucial between mother and child. When did a baby lose his rights for breast milk? Where are the rights of the family? Chelsea had the right to know her medical history before hearing it with a bunch of strangers. She had a right to proper care. She had the right to take prescription vitamins. From this article, Ericka Lawery denied the rights for proper care. What if the child would have been born anencephalic due to the lack of folic acid? Ericka Lawery has ruined a happy time, caused pain, acted outside her capacity, hopefully illegally, which she should lose her job, never allowed to work in this field again. She did not act in good faith, being irresponsible for her own cause. The parents should have their child returned and compensated for such cruelty.
