• California Mom Who Lost New-born Baby at Hospital Cleared of Drug Charges, but Still Does Not Have Children Back

A beloved California schoolteacher is still fighting to get her children back 9 months after they were ripped away from her by Child Protective Services. Lori Ibrahim's two-day old breastfeeding baby was seized by Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) after Kaiser Permanente South Bay Medical Center accused her of drug abuse. The only drugs in her system were properly prescribed medications, but social workers used the positive drug screen as grounds to seize baby Youssef and his 5-year old brother Kian. Since that time, Lori has allegedly cooperated with every demand that DCFS has placed on her, including submission to a gag order to be silent and take down her Facebook page. Social workers have created an image of the mother to present to the court which seems to serve their apparent agenda of keeping the family apart. The reports, however, from the psychologist and other therapists that Lori has been compelled to see paint a vastly different picture. That picture is consistent with the reports from those who have worked with Lori and the parents whose young children Lori has taught in school during her 15 year career, a career that is now closed to her because of the DCFS allegations. Lori Ibrahim presented evidence to Health Impact News and to the court that she was innocent of the charges that were used to seize her children. The court has reportedly dismissed the substance abuse allegations, finding that, as she said from the very beginning, she was only taking properly prescribed medications. Yet, it hasn't made a difference - her boys are still not home.

This is a pedophile and child rape government we're talking about here. It's very likely these kids have been promised to another family or are being lined up for the vampires who control the system. Otherwise, there should be ZERO delay with returning them. People need to take note and extreme caution when it comes to dealing with any government managed or regulated system. A hospital is one such entity. If you don't want your kids in danger, keep a wide berth between them and any government or hospital services.

In California, the people are declared as sovereign:

I have had the unfortunate experience of knowing a family who had their child taken, and who the CPS in our state fought tooth and nail to keep, resorting to unethical, and IMO even illegal tactics.

My assessment of the problem was that the family made the mistake of cooperating with an extremely aggressive and hostile CPS person who took it as a personal insult that her judgement or decisions would be contradicted. She also defends her turf aggressively within her office.

I think a forgotten factor in these cases of CPS malpractice is that supervisors take note of cases where caseworkers display faulty judgement, and use them in their HR evaluations and promotion decisions. In many cases you have caseworkers who would rather double down and try to bully their way through a case that's been legally set aside, or is generating bad publicity for the office, that take the reputational hit and get on with their work.

The other thing I've seen in these cases is, things escalate to higher management when CPS is sued, and specific people are named in the lawsuit. This may result in a whole-institutional doubling down, but I did see it result in intervention by higher-ups to cut the crap, get the child back, and get the lawsuit withdrawn.

I have said this before and will say it again, It's all about the monies that CPS get from the state and the feds, CPS does not care on how many experts stand up for the Mom or Dad. When CPS sees a child they can make money on, they let nothing stand in there way of getting their bonuses for taking the child, adopting them out, If the bonuses are cut out, quotas are cut out, the threats of disciplinary actions taken on case workers and supervisors we would see most of the kidnapping stop!
