• 2 Year Old South Carolina Child Medically Kidnapped is Sexually Abused by Nurse in Foster Care

Kaya Thomas, a South Carolina mother, is wondering how the state can justify taking custody of her 2 year old daughter, Egypt, when they admit that she has done nothing wrong to harm her daughter. Egypt was taken into custody when her biological, non-custodial father, almost beat her to death during a visit with her. The father is currently in prison serving an 18 year prison sentence for the crime he was convicted of committing. When it came time for little Egypt to leave the hospital, her mother Kaya Thomas says that the Department of Social Services kidnapped her child and placed her in foster care, because they decided that she was incapable of taking care of her child who is now labeled as "special needs." Instead of working with her to train her in how to take care of her daughter, the state of South Carolina provided a home health nurse 20 hours a day to a foster family that is unrelated to the child. Kaya tells us this option was never offered to her, even though she is the mother. While in the care of the foster home, the child was allegedly abused sexually by her home health care nurse, who has since been arrested and incarcerated. Now, they want to terminate Kaya's parental rights and adopt her out, even though, in their own words, she "was not accused of inflicting the injuries." She doesn't understand how her child can be taken "for something I had nothing to do with."

hi my name is Theresa, 11 years ago, my nephew was taken from his father's mother's care due to drugs found in the home, my sister, mother, and myself fought for 2 years to get my nephew back, but the state won, they adopted out my nephew to his foster mom and we've not seen or heard from him since. It's heartbreaking, everyday waking up wondering how he's doing Where's he at, does he know how loved and missed he is? ? I wish we could afford to locate him and have his case reviewed. the state of Virginia stole him because my sister was 16, she did nothing wrong his father and grandmother did. we just want our family back together

It seems that whenever a child or vulnerable adult (as in my daughter's case) is injured while in the care of CPS, your chances of ever being allowed to be with your child again is about nil. They cannot allow that since they know that you will demand justice for your child. They don't want to have to pay. I've seen that social workers and judges and guardians will conspire to keep the child from receiving due process. And the group homes, well there's another story. What a cash cow for the lucky owners of these homes. Too bad our government does not give families even a fraction of the money they receive to care for our family members at home. Egypt needs to be home with her mother not in some foster home or group home. Nothing can duplicate a mother's love. You and your daughter will be in my prayers Kaya.

Here again we have a sad sad story. The 9th district appealate court in Ca ruled its against the law to lie cover up in the best interest of the child. But they continue to do so and they will continue to get immunity. There's no relief in my life time as I am a grandmother who's been so wronged. There aren't enough lawyers who will fight for justice we sit alone. As parents grandparents what did we do to get such justice. We did nothing. Is this America that we all knew.Of course not how much more torture can anyone take. There are terrorists law as and we all have been terrorized and victimized by the same agency who supposedly protects the children.

I said this before and I will say it again, It's all about the money, This is just another way that CPS uses to kidnap our children one way or another they will keep on kidnapping until America wakes up and put a stop to it. The police will back up CPS to there dying breath, no matter any proof, just CPS'S word on it, and if you try to stop CPS from kidnapping your children the police will arrest you on the spot, Talk about a police state, it's already here.

The state is a danger to your children. They demand that you inject them with mercury. They poison their minds with fluoride in the water. They kidnap them with no due process....
