• Doctor Reverses Diabetes and Takes Patients off of Prescription Drugs with Fasting

Fasting is one of the oldest dietary interventions in the world, and modern science confirms it can have a profoundly beneficial influence on your health. Dr. Jason Fung, a nephrologist (kidney specialist) with a practice in Canada, has written an important landmark book on this topic. For the first decade of his practice, Fung was — like most doctors — conventionally oriented. As a kidney specialist, many of his patients had type 2 diabetes as the primary cause of their kidney failure. Type II diabetic here that did a seven day water/bulletproof coffee fast. Totally eliminated my diabetes and my blood sugar was usually well below 100. I did intermittent fasting after that for a few months and all is well.

Old habits started coming back over this summer, so I'm gearing up for another fast! I'd love to shoot for a couple of weeks or longer this time!

Yes. Totally logical when one thinks about it...

Fatty Liver disease is ultimately caused by high blood sugar level.

Obviously, low blood sugar level is then required to consume this liver fat.

At age 60 I eat a low carb, zero sugar, high fat diet.

    And my Type2 Diabetes 'disappeared'!

Along with some ~50 pounds of me (that I no longer have to drag up and down the stairs) heheh...

And there is a sixteen-hour portion of each day when I consume no food.

    Type2 Diabetes is 100% self-created and self-inflicted!

Sugar is the enemy - consume no sugar, at all cost...
