    In FDA’s words, the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) “directs FDA to build an integrated national food safety system in partnership with state and local authorities explicitly recognizing that all food safety agencies need to work in integrated ways to achieve public health goals.” To FDA “integrate” means dictating to the states what their food safety laws will be.

  • FDA Taking Over State Food Regulation

    Long past time for the States to stand up, the Federal governement has way over stepped it's bounds that the Constitution allows. Feds protect our borders from enemies both foriegn and DOMESTIC, aka BHO, States shouls have the right to determine ALL OTHER REGULATIONS. Then if someone doesn't like the regulations of that State they can choose to move to a State that does what they want. Let's see how many states can prosper under theses guidelines. Oh by the way this is exactly what Trump is referring to when it comes to the transgender issue, IT IS NOT A FEDERAL ISSUE LET THE STATES DECIDE!
