• Is Foster Care “In the Best Interest of the Child”?

Current laws in the United States that give legal authority to social workers and law enforcement to remove children from their families and place them into foster care often use the term "in the best interest of children." This sounds like a noble reason to take children away from their families, but what do measured outcomes of such actions really instruct us about the definition of "the best interest of children"? Are children truly better off in foster care than they would be if they had stayed with their natural parents who are accused of some "abuse" or "neglect"? Let's take a look at some statistics to find the answer to that question.

  • Is Foster Care “In the Best Interest of the Child”?

No. No child that is away from his parents when his parents are honest and loving is fine. My son has autism and he was kidnapped from a social worker. Currently he is in a foster home because the worker requires psychological evaluations for his parents and it is said that it is in his best interest.

There is a new way of fighting back. You can gather up about 5-7 or more people and get in on the board of supervisors meeting and then mention that the pope has a new Decree from about a year ago (look it up on the internet) and judges can now be held accountable for their actions. These meetings are televised. More people need to know about the popes new decree and you can go back even over 100 years and hold this judge accountable. Once they have been found to have unjustly take your children, they can would have to go back and they can be sued. Also, these judges are illegally accepting bribes. They are not only getting paid by the state, they are getting paid by the county to favor the county. Look up judges double dipping.

This system had been broken, twisted and corrupt for many years, i have seen and read of severe case of neglect and abuse in our state with these children being placed back with their abusers yet good families have been broken up on faith, or medical decisions that are not harmful yet a personal choice...yet the ones who truly needed help have died while loving families have to fight and use all resources to prove there love. So sad yet it continues year after year.

It seems to me that a mother can do everything the system asks and they still take people children every day.. When it happens to them they get mad but they are the government system that allows this to happen to our children.. The children grow up not knowing there own family members which is wrong.. If the system is going to help then help.. Stop destroying children's lifes.. And the system wonders' why things happen.. Why take children from a home when they are very much loved?????
